It seems like a very mundane task to undertake, to walk across a state when you could just take a vehicle and ride to the destination for the day in less than an hour’s time. More so when you look at things from a very narrow perspective, stretching at maximum to the time frame or distance covered each day. But where does this doubt come from?
Is change really happening through all of this? We’ll just walk you through (pun, yes!) the day today and let you decide for yourself, about change and about the need to do stuff like this. Our stories are not our own, they’re from the lives of real people. Some stuck because they were unfortunate to be born in a lowly caste or a house burdened with loans and some simply unable to latch on to that illusive bandwagon of hope and inspiration.
We our walking across Rajasthan with Digital Nerve and with support from BheemStyx. We walked from Lakshmangarh to Sikar today, and here’s a small peak into how the day fared.

Like mentioned yesterday, we’re working with Rang De, aiming to help raise a low interest working capital loan loan for Urmul Marusthali Bunkar Vikas Samiti. The amount required for this loan is pretty high and we’re hoping to meet the target with your support. For all people who do make an investment through the fundraiser page for the walk, link for which is availbale here, Siddharth will be personally visiting the UMBSV campus in Jaisalmer after the walk and will get live stories to share with all social investors. You can even join him on a live streaming from the UMBSC campus, seeing with your own eyes the resources and people that you’re helping live a better life. Visit here to make an investment, help change lives.

Without adequate information we cannot expect young minds to start focussing on such issues, this is the first step, to step out into the open, to step into the heart lands of the country. Come, explore with us.
As we walk across Rajasthan, collecting stories, we will share a few snippets from each day on this blog, just a few short stories from the road and longer renditions when we can. Join us on our journey on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
